Member's RIP Anniversaries

When a person dies this is recorded in the person’s Personal Portal under Status as RIP and with the date. Once this is done these names will appear in the “RIP Anniversaries” section in date order for the next 60 days from the current date. You can use this for follow up pastoral contact.

Sometimes the infoprmation has not been captured to completion. The field od "Date Left The Church" has not been filled in yet the Status of the member has been corrected and change to a "3". The missing details are displayed in the first part of the screen and here is where you can correct the missing details. Click on the  word "Change" and it will take you to edit of the persons profile.
